Launch the explorer →Procedural windows seeded by each building identifier, billboards glowing, the Plus 15 network lit at deck level.
Open at night →60 billboard placements across crown, skyline and street tiers, plus profile sponsorships.
See the inventory →Every office structure of 15 m or more inside the downtown core box, positioned by longitude and drawn at its LiDAR roof height. Tallest: Brookfield Place at 243.2 m. Select any building to open its profile.
Dark footprints are office building sites in this record; grey footprints are every other LiDAR-mapped structure in the core; lime is the Plus 15 walkway network; circles are CTrain stations.
Each dot is an office building site, sized by LiDAR height. The dashed box is the downtown core shown above. Squares are CTrain stations.
Distribution of the record by height band, construction decade and community.
Ranked by LiDAR roof height of the main structure on the parcel.
106 City of Calgary communities carry at least one assessed office building.

Every parcel on The City of Calgary 2026 property assessment roll whose non-residential sub-property use is an office code (Office, Small Office, Medical/Dental Office, Office/Warehouse, Office/Residential, Office/Retail, Office/Parking, Office Condo, Retail/Office, Office/Retail LRT Concession, Airport ATB Office, Airport Office Warehouse, Airport Office). 1,431 assessed accounts resolve to 611 building sites after office-condominium units and multi-parcel rolls are grouped by shared parcel geometry.
No. It is a public-record profile of the buildings themselves: LiDAR massing, parcel, assessment history, permits, heritage status and transit context. Availability, rents and tenancy are not in any source used and are never inferred.
The City derives roof-surface elevations from aerial LiDAR and this record subtracts the lowest ground elevation at the building perimeter. Architectural heights often include spires, mechanical screens or a different ground datum.
No. Assessed values are the City’s taxation figures for the stated roll year. Alberta does not publish sale prices, and this record does not estimate them.

Boundary: Assessed values are the City’s assessment-roll figures for taxation and are not sale prices, asking rents, vacancy or availability; Alberta does not publish transaction prices. LiDAR heights are roof-surface elevations above the lowest ground point at the building perimeter and can differ from architectural heights. Storey equivalents are derived at 3.9 m per storey and are not floor counts. Distances are straight-line. Permit descriptions are the City’s records at retrieval and do not establish current use, tenancy or availability. Read the methodology.
