Why is there no page for DC?
Direct Control is not a district with shared rules. Each DC parcel is governed by its own site-specific bylaw, so the 182 office sites carrying DC in this record have nothing in common beyond the label. Grouping them into a page would imply a shared standard that does not exist. Each such site shows its DC designation on its own profile.
