Character-defining elements: - three-storey, rectangular plan with flat roof; - post and beam heavy-timber construction and red-brick cladding; - wraparound, metal, roofline cornice; - sandstone sills and keystones; - fenestration, with segmental-arched openings; eight original 3-over-1 hung-sash windows at rear east side of building; - loading dock and four loading door openings at rear; - ghost signs for Calgary Furniture Stores Ltd. Warehouse on west facade and above first storey of the north facade; and - context of structure, built to lot lines with no setbacks.
